COREwheels now offered by SKLZ
We’ve recently teamed up with SKLZ to deliver the COREwheels to a broader audience. We decided this partnership makes sense given that SKLZ is on the forefront of developing fitness education and quality content. Their partnership with Mark Verstegen and Athletes Performance – means their methods are trusted by the top athletes on the planet. For example, AP trains the top NFL players for the Combine. They are also a responsible manufacturer. One more reason is that the
Amazon Reviews for Akrowheels Fitness Product
Akrowheels have been retired in favor of a much-updated version called COREwheels. I thought I’d still link to the archived Amazon page for those interested in reading the old reviews. What you’ll notice is that all the negative reviews are due to manufacturing defects. That’s what the revision is all about. I value safety and stability above all else. Manufacturing issues are intolerable. As such I think you’ll appreciate the updated product. Initial feedback is overwhelmingly positive! Below is the link to the old Amazon reviews:

Core wheel workouts
Here are three COREwheel rolling exercises for quick home workouts. You can perform each of these sequentially. Try for 20-30 seconds per exercise for 2 reps each.

Rolling Exercises Train more muscles for a stronger core, faster.
The COREwheels hybrid fly pushup is an efficient way to train the core, abs, chest and arms all in one exercise. If you need a total upper body workout in 3 minutes, this is the exercise to do. Think of it as a gymnastic rings workout – without having to be a gymnast!
The Russian twist is an excellent way to train the obliques and lats without using a complicated pulley system. This movement is perfect for training your body to swing a tennis racquet, throw a punch or swing a golf club. The rotational movement pattern is fundamental to virtually any sport.
The COREwheels double arm rollout is the signature move. This exercise allows you to perform the proven ab rollout with greater comfort and control. Using one wheel or two, you can vary the rolling angle and hence the level of effort.

If you’re getting tired of crunches to get great abs you’re in luck. There’s a get fit gadget rocking the work-out world it’s the Akrowheel. Believe me this is the most exciting exercise device since a cavemen rolled a rock down a hill.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “A very similar wheel to a rollerblade wheel with a handle with a bearing inside allowing you to do motions such as push-ups and different exercises on the ground and above the ground.”
Certain areas of the body will really feel the effect of the wheel.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “Mainly your core your strength of your arms torso your back chest and primarily upper body strength.”
The Akrowheel’s good for your body and your mind.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “Incorporating the Akrowheel into our sessions you know allows us to have that extra edge and basically keep it interesting for the clients ’cause it does get boring from time to time with repetitive exercises.”
You don’t have to be a gym rat to roll with the wheel.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “Anybody can buy this and use this it does come with an instruction manual I believe and also a dvd.”
But you’d better be careful if you bring the Akrowheel home.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “There’s different levels of exercises you can perform obviously I would recommend a personal trainer to supervise you know the techniques because you can injure yourself if you do it on your own.”
Male or female, young or old anybody can become an Akrowheel acrobat what you get out of it depends on what you put in.
DENNIS PLAKSIN: “Varies on the individual it depends you know how much you do and how often you do that’s basically what it boils down to.”

Women love akrowheels for strength training and pilates.
Akrowheels single-arm rollout demo video
A fantastic demo by greatness1975 in which he shows off how to do one of the most effective home exercise movements we can think of. He’s hitting the lats, chest, core and triceps all at once. He basically does a whole strength routine in 30 seconds.
The Original Akrowheels demo – stretch, strengthen, tone
The original Akrowheels commercial. Thought I’d post this for fun. We hope you enjoy training with the product as much as we enjoyed building it!
Please note that Akrwoheels are now COREwheels. We’ve significantly improved the product so it’s safer, smoother and more durable. You’ll appreciate the update!
Training for single-arm pushups with Akrowheels
One proud user, dmc7707 performs some hardcore moves with Akrowheels. This is a great exercise for progressing to a single-arm pushup.
Russian Twist with Akrowheels
Performing the Russian twist with Akrowheels is a great way to hit the obliques. Push into the ground for an extra challenge. This is really a great replacement to cable wood chops or similar moves that require sophisticated pulley systems. All you need here is one Akrowheel and your body. Simple. Let us know what you think.
